It is at this time I usually resolve not to make a new year's resolution thus breaking it as I make it. This year is different, I am making resolutions. I will exercise more, I will eat less, I will read more, watch tv less, do more work around the house, do more work around the yard, spend less time on the computer, pay more attention to the news, learn to cook, pray more often, make a bucket list, develop a hobby and shave everyday. Basically become a better person. There...Jesus, I have no idea what's happening now but I anticipate fun and happiness in the future.

We got a perfect score on the Christmas Carols and Songs. Congratulations! An enclosed note said our entry form was "spot on but not the first out of the hat".
On the Occupations quiz we lost just half a mark on #8. We put CARPET DOCTOR and the answer was CARPET FITTER.

One day, papa mole sticks his head
Out of the hole, sniffs the air and said, ' Yum! I smell maple syrup!'
The mama mole sticks her head out of the hole, sniffs the air and said, 'Oh, Yum! I smell honey!'
Now baby mole is trying to stick his head out of the hole to sniff the air, but can't because the bigger moles rear ends are in the way.
This makes him whine, 'Geez, all I can smell is.....

Your mole joke gave us a good laugh when we returned to St. Andrews today and booted up our own computer for the first time in six weeks. Ah, the luxury of it!
