Today we are recalling happy times with Mom who was born on this date, 97 years ago (January 19, 1918).
This calls for rice krispie cake made with all those special ingredients Mom added as she stirred - love, hope, humour, joy, thanks.... whatever good thing came to her mind. And oh, the sweet, unmatched result!
Seventeen years ago today, Tony and Marcia were in a Saskatoon hospital where Marcia donated one of her kidneys to Tony.
No one could have predicted the long-term impact that this gift would have in Tony's life or in the lives of all of us who rejoice in his presence in our lives.

As soon as I woke up this morning, Tricia was in my thoughts. Today she begins the treatments that are a necessary follow-up to her December surgery.
You are not likely to be dropping in on the family blog site, Tricia, but I'm posting an entry that sends boundless energy and constant love your way.
