We'll celebrate anyway. Carol is going forward with her trip to Scotland and Lou has received long awaited information on his condition and the steps forward. I would say 23 has been an interesting year thus far. There will be plenty of celebrations across the country today, we can be thankful we live in one of the good ones.

Dave and I are just home from our evening out with friends.ð️ It was even more special than I imagined it would be.ð We were given the best table, in the window overlooking the 18th green with the Royal and Ancient Clubhouse ⛳️ and the long stretch of West Sands in the backgroundð. The menu was a chef’s special with three courses at a fixed priceð. I received flowers, cards and gifts; we were enjoying ourselves so much that we stayed talking and laughing long after the meal was over☕️. 'So glad you had such a special celebration at that best table. I think we sat at that very table with you and Dave once upon a time. Today we drove up to Saskatoon and had lunch at Vic's house (you know how special that is!), played her brand new upright piano (what a joy) and topped it off by stopping at their casino on our way home for a couple of hours to help celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary.
