Aha! It is June first and so far this year I have been missing my blog appointment on the first day of each month. Not today. Today, before I put a comb through my hair, I am all over this blog entry. I've been working in the yard and it is looking good, the garden is planted and the grass has been tended to. It's kind of up to Mother Nature now. I have come to realize, you can make all the plans you want and even put into policy all kinds of clever ideas, when it comes to mother nature, watch your back!

It also reminds me of Dad whose birthday it was, on the very same day๐. Clearly, Mom and Dad planned it that way๐ and we all enjoyed doubling up on our family celebration of June 17th๐
